azure function fails to auth

my pipeline fails when trying to access the function though it has enough privileges to access the keyvault secrets.

Operation on target Get_Metadata_ADLS failed: Call to provided Azure function 'GetDetails' failed with status-'BadRequest' while invoking 'POST' on 'https://xxxxxxxxx-xxxx.azurewebsites.net' and message - 'ERROR in Operation returned an invalid status 'Server failed to authenticate the request. Make sure the value of Authorization header is formed correctly including the signature.'
ErrorCode:AuthenticationFailed'.

Did you check the correct identity (of WebApp) is assigned to KeyVault for the AccessPolicy (Get and List as a minimum)?

Yes I have checked its all good, but still am facing this error
