Server Manager Data Retrieval Errors from clusters/cluster nodes

Hi,

I have my failover clusters and cluster nodes added to server manager, but they constantly report the below data retrieval errors:

My suspicion, based on some online searches, is that there is an event log they cannot access for some reason causing the total failure of data retrieval.
The slightly different setup for these machines, is they have the BackupExec Agent installed, and I am wondering if there is an event log associated with the agent that is causing a problem.

Anyone able to advise how I can diagnose and confirm the cause, and then what I can do about this?

Hi there,

The processor is selected by various parameters and the important one is DCH Design Principles.

Some of the 7th generation processors and all 8th generation Intel processors and their equivalent AMD are supported for Windows 11. It seems your i7-7500U is not on the list and it might not support Windows 11.
