Hello there,
I have the problem with one user that when a mail is sent, that mail is only sent once. So the receipient receives the mail only once. But the same mail (every sent mail) is two times in the sent folder. Any ideas?

I am sry. I haven't got a notice about your first reply. So the issue is on seperate devices and also in the Owa, so it has nothing to do with outlook or the device itself. We are using the normal Microsoft Login method to connect our Mail Accounts so it is smpt I guess.
I noticed that you have multiple devices. There may be many factors causing this issue such as third-party plugins on your other devices. I would recommend you signing out accounts in other devices and only log on OWA to send a mail to verify whether you still will get double mails. If you do not get double mails any more, I assume that it may be caused by one of your devices, this situation is required to check your devices one by one to confirm which of your devices cause the issue.
