when called the URL of HTTP Triggered function app, it works. Is there any issue with Azure Portal UI, Why its not reflecting after deployment?

I did check with following options:
Functions in my function app which were previously deployed in function app are visible on UI but not the new functions which are deployed on 5th Sept 2022 onward. But it works when I call the new Http function url from HTTP client like postman. Why UI, CLI and API not showing the newly deployed functions?

In case if someone faces the issue then collect the portal session ID (ctrl + alt + d) along with F12 (fiddler) traces and create a support ticket with us so we can review and assist you further.
