To narrow down this issue, please provide some more information.
For example:
- Where did you create the meeting? In Outlook/OWA or Teams?
- Who did you select as attendees? Was it only the specific individual? (If possible please post a screenshot of the meeting invitation email, don't forget to hide your personal information)
- If you create a new meeting, would this issue occur again?
And if the current requirement is to prevent people in your organization from joining the meeting, I would recommend sending a update to cancel this meeting and recreating a new one with only the specific individual as attendee.
