@Hun boy , For your questions, here are my answers for your reference:
Q1: Is this a perfect co-management configuration?
A1: For co-management, we have two paths. Here is a link with more details for your reference:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/comanage/quickstart-paths
For your situation, it is not our recommend one.
Q2: Can we configure in this way and Manage from SCCM and Intune the same device ?
A2: Didn't try this before. You can test on one device. You can Enable co-management on configuration manager and set workload to see if it works.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/comanage/workloads
Q3: What would be the problems or not supported if we do not follow the above Microsoft mentioned link link 1 and 2?
A3: For co-management, we always recommended to try the methods in our official article. For your method, this is not our recommended one. We can't guarantee if there will have any problem. Maybe you can try.
Q4: Can we manage these device with Intune ?
A4: This depends on the workload. If the workload is on Intune, it means Intune will manage it. if the workload is on Configuration Manager, that means Configuration manager will manage it. You can see more details in the above link.
Q5: Can I push Software and other configuration from Intune and SCCM?
A5: This depends on how the workload configured. For client apps, after you transition this workload to Intune, any available apps deployed from Intune are available in the Company Portal. Apps that you deploy from Configuration Manager are available in Software Center.. For others policies, you can see the behavior in the above link.
Hope it can help.
