Clean Installing windows 10 on my surfacelaptop 1'st generation without loosing my activation licence

Hi there, I've read related questions about my issue, but I can't be sure about that.
I have surface laptop 1.st generation with win10S and I switched it to Win10pro with the terms of Microsoft manuals.
recently My Wi-Fi adapter (also Bluetooth) are not working and it appears that the windows has lost those adapters.
I did Whatever I could and I found in different websites. but it doesn't work.
so the final way I Have is to clean installing the windows 10pro to solve this issue. and in this case my question is: **How can I activate the windows after clean installing? I've read a text about digital license that the license key matches with the devices from Microsoft servers. is my device supported in this way to activate after windows clean installing?
and do I need to enter a valid activation key during windows installation?

    Firstly, you should check the Windows Activation under Settings and Update & Security and under Activation and check version of Windows and Activation status.
    In case your Windows is activated, in this case you may use Windows Media Creation tool and download create installation media or run the setup and perform a Clean Install, you may download it from:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
    Just make sure you are downloading the correct edition (e.g., Pro) and architecture (e.g., 64bit).
    It shouldn't ask for product key and when you connect to internet, it will activate it.

    Backup images can be restored in less than one hour.
