Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

I have run the Teams call queue diagnostic for one of our user and it says her voice data is not in sync.

"The User's Business Voice Directory data is not in sync.
To fix this, you will need help from Microsoft Support. Please reference Use log files in troubleshooting Microsoft Teams to gather debug logs then click on Contact Support which can be found at the bottom of this panel.

"

She is not receiving calls from the hunt group nor able to receive forwarded calls.
