Why is my profile page empty?

Hello,
I have some courses on this learning platform and am surprised to see my profile page empty.
The badges earned and trophies received are not displayed on my profile page.
What could be the problem

Seems a known issue.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
