Teams not displaying a user

Please i need your help on this issue.

There is a user where she is not displayed in Teams address book (see attached file). We do not use Search by name in Teams. Please advise, how to bring user back to search results.

Are you using Teams search bar to see if it can be searched?

Do you have the same issue in Teams web client?

We are using web based Teams (InPrivate browsing), so the cache shouldn't be an issue.

I tried searching her account in search bar using @- sign, but no luck as well. Only her administrative account is returned back.

Hi,

Can you try to find via @Tablet in command bar or searchbar and see if it returns? Did you tried clearing the cache of Teams client? Does it work over the web Teams URL?

The same behavior is on Teams desktop app as well as on Browser based.

The only way users can communicatee with affected user is if they had a conversation with the user in the past and they search for historical records and reply to that one.
