Current Ptython function app oryx build steps are different and pip install is not happening.

With the same code, you observed Oryx build steps are different and would like to know the cause. Unfortunately, the image is not clear and couldn't read the details properly. Would you please upload the steps or with clear screenshots again?
Also, would like to know the timeframe of previous build vs current build, version. That would help in assisting you better.
