Lock on tables/files Azure Synapse Link , makes ADF pipeline fail

Problem Description : We currently have Dataverse to Azure Synapse Link configured that auto sync data whenever there is change in data in realtime.When an ADF pipeline conencts to Azure Synapse to pull data in to our database ,supposing there is a transaction or any real time sync happening at Dataverse creates a lock on file causing the ADF pipeline to failing to copy data .

Any suggestion or ideas on how to fix issue with Azure synapse Link
