    Hi @IBN

Given this situation, please follow the steps below.

    1. Open Run, type “regedit” to open the registry editor.
    2. Go to “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins”.
    3. By default, the value of LoadBehavior is “3”, with which the Add-in will be loaded when you launch Outlook. If LoadBehavior value of your add-in is not “3”, you can try to change it to “3”.

If the issue persists, it is suggested to check if the add-in has been disabled:

    1. Open Run, type “regedit” to open the registry editor.
    2. Go to “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Resiliency” (16.0 for Outlook 2016)
    3. Check if there is any DisabledItem, if there is, delete it.
