Teams add-in is not working

Hello,
Please i need a help on this.
Teams add-in stops working in user outlook 2013. i tried reinstalling of teams application
Microsoft 365 and Office | Development | Other

We did some troubleshooting and it was noticed that the Microsoft Teams Add-in is listed on the inactive Application Add-ins.
But when we tried to checked the box for Microsoft Teams Add-in it goes back to Unchecked after we closed Outlook and launch it again.

There is some error related to group policy while running the command shared from your end. However, we have tried to complete removal and reinstallation of MS office and TEAMS apps, still no luck . Please do you have any alternate way to resolve this issue.

Given this situation, please follow the steps below.
- Open Run, type “regedit” to open the registry editor.
- Go to “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins”.
- By default, the value of LoadBehavior is “3”, with which the Add-in will be loaded when you launch Outlook. If LoadBehavior value of your add-in is not “3”, you can try to change it to “3”.
If the issue persists, it is suggested to check if the add-in has been disabled:
- Open Run, type “regedit” to open the registry editor.
- Go to “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Resiliency” (16.0 for Outlook 2016)
- Check if there is any DisabledItem, if there is, delete it.
