the answer does nothing. I've been struggling to reschedule my exam. The website is no help and the email is no help. There should be an easier way to reschedule an exam.

A link should be provided on the email advising if you need to reschedule the exam.

• click on "Lets chat" icon.
• in chat, give your details,
• once someone reply, ask them to reschedule exam on behalf of you. this will work.
