Cannot change call answering rules

Hello,
Please i need your help on this issue.
We cannot change the "ring for this many seconds before redirecting" setting on a user in the Teams Admin center from 20 seconds to 10 seconds.
The error keeps popping up "We can't update the call answering rules at this time."
Can you please let us know why?
Not sure if it's related to this issue but I am also experiencing problems loading the admin center "Org settings" for Microsoft Teams. It is showing a 400 Bad Request and some JS errors when navigating to https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home?#/Settings/Services/:/Settings/L1/SkypeTeams
