Call Queue not recieved by the Group

Hello,

Please i have a user who reported this issue to us.

Calls from the Call Queue are not receive by the Call Group.

Even forwarded calls are not received by the Call Group.

Does any have an idea

    Please use the Call Queue Diagnostic Tool and see if it would detect any issues.
