We ran the call queue diagnostic against a call queue which was successfully.
From recollection calls come through to them, they go to answer, it comes up on screen to say the call is being connected and then it disconnects.
She is not receiving calls from the hunt group nor able to receive forwarded calls.
Please consider contacting support as this issue may need further investigation.
