What is the order of by-name sortment within Explorer?

Is there a place within the OS or online to see the logic behind sorting left-to-right of Unicode characters in names? There are many sets each just of Latin-derived letters and Arabic-based numerals, in addition to many times more of various more specialized characters. Where can I view the ordering of their collective sorting structure within various Windows applications (in particular, File Explorer)?     Normally it's based on Unicode character-set order, with special rules for common symbols.
