Is there any way of upgrading my windows 7 laptop?
Computer has an I7 chip with 300GB of storage 64 bit and 4 GB RAM
Any help greatly appreciated

Yes you can upgrade to Win10 from Win7, the spec is sufficient for Windows 10.
