FSLogix Error -AsyncVdiskOpenedKernelRequest failed. VDISK.cpp

We have a Farm with 4 Remote Desktop Session Hostserver. Some of our Users have sometimes Problems to Login wie FSLOgix. Different Users and different Times, we don't now how 30 Users can login, and only 1 or 2 don't. On annother Day everything is OK.
We have 2 FileShares on Windows Server 2019, with Cloudcache. 2 Fileshare for availability.

Our Workaround:

  • We open the .vhdx-File on the Fileserver and make Chkdsk, then close the .vhdx
  • We set the RDSH-Server in Maintancemode und call the User to Login, now the User make a Session on one of the Other RDSH-Server. Normally Login is now OK.
  • The most time we make a Restart of the Server wo has the Error in the next Nighttime.

    Hello there,

    -Navigate to %PROGRAMDATA%\FSLogix\Logs\ODFC or %PROGRAMDATA%\FSLogix\Logs\Profile.
    -Open the most recent file and find any ERRORs or WARNINGs. Many times it will tell you exactly what the issue is.

    Make sure that the user is not being excluded from FSLogix
    -Check the local groups on the RDS, and make sure that they line up with what you're expecting.
    -Generally "Everyone" should be part of the included lists, and the Exclude list should be empty.
