Actually, I'm looking for any endpoint call (any graph Api call) that helps me to differentiate between user email and group email.
Graph API has limited support for Exchange operations, so there's no simple answer here. Best use Exchange Online PowerShell (Get-EXORecipient) or the matching REST endpoints.
