MS Forms and Outlook Forms

Question

Hi there,

I would like to inquire if our Legacy Outlook Forms can be converted into MS Forms? Currently, our Exchange is still on-prem, just wondering if this is possible, or, if we can create MS Forms for integration/export with our Outlook client?

Seeking for useful recommendations/suggestions.

Microsoft Forms is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Microsoft Forms actively monitors questions over at
