I have been bitlocked and it is asking me to sighn in but it is not sending me the verification code email

Trying to sighn in to un bitlock my device but cant plz help me

Check here in case its backed up on a microsoft account.

Most likely this one caused it.

Without the recovery key then you'll need to factory reset it or otherwise clean install it, there's nothing else can be done.
