Stream overlay on Teams and "Work or School" account dependancy

Hello everyone,
we implemented multiple Stream channels into an integrated app on Teams, made with the Developer Portal. This app is notably used as an internal Formation Center.
The SSO (via GPO autologon sso on Azure AD) is activated for the whole M365 environment and works properly - Teams, Edge,... They properly load user account.
This app works perfectly most of the time, but for some users, Stream requests a sign in, no matter if already signed in online / SSO. If clicking on sign in, the rediction goes into https://web.microsoftstream.com/authredirect which is totally blank.
The first tab, for exemple, is supposed to be a full-window video (stored on Stream) describing the app functionalities.
We managed to find, after few online searches, deleting/adding back the "Work or School" account allowed people to play videos properly. We suspect than the logon/password keys registered into this account isn't properly refreshed when people edit their password (enforced security every 6 months), and so we fear to see the problem occuring periodically.
My question is simple, but somewhat complex : what is the proper way to authenticate on integrated Stream over Teams ?
If we do it good, what is the actual way to properly refresh "Work or School" account informations (GPO, Azure,...) ?

Shortly said, the problem is, Stream basically should use the exact same credentials than Teams, but instead it looks like it uses "Work or School" account. That assumption is based on the fact than deleting/adding back the account shown on green in my picture is solving the issue.
The problem is, I want to avoid to do that for 180+ ppl, everytime they edit their password.
It basically looks like Microsoft Stream is using old way to authenticate, while it should inherit the Teams authentication token to properly connect.
If the proper re-use of Teams token isn't possible, I would like a proper way to handle "Work or School" account informations refresh (AD policy, Azure AD... whatever)
