rest Api and server issues

So the problem is that the portal(Hosted in Azure) was working and they stopped working but not the whole website. It works when the data is fecth on Ms Sql but when connecting to other database like mysql that on cpanel and when calling the wordpress rest api it crashes with error 500. I tried checking the logs on azure portal, it was saying something with connection time out or unable to connect to the server.
I also did add the IP address for all the app services on cpanel

Can you share more details of what azure service you are using and which component you are facing issue with? What is the API call being made and the exact error message? Sharing a screenshot of the issue might help. Thanks! -

2022-09-09T10:47:07.37+00:00 I'm having a C# applications hosted on Microsoft azure. I'm using wordpress rest API to get data from woocommerce( var onlineOrder = WCObject.Order.Get(id).Result ) and also I have a query that that fetches data from MySQL from Cpanel. The application also takes order information and stores it to Microsoft SQL database. So now without the change in my code all the app stopped working when trying to retreive data using the wordpress rest api and also when using the query to retrieve data from Mysql(cpanel) but it working fine on the part where data is fetched on MS SQL database. when I try to check failures on Azure portal it says something with request time out or unable to connect to the server. please see the attatched screenshot from azure portal

2022-09-12T08:01:07.18+00:00 They are not on VM. all my apps started working on 2 days ago and I deployed one app today and they stopped again. I am now confused where the issue might be
