I received my certification Microsoft 365 Certified. Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
I need to set up for renewal however when I link my profiles, it does not pull up my certifications so I can just do a renewal.
I need to renew this for my employer and don't want to run out of time before it expires in December
Can you help me figure out what is wrong with my profile and why I cannot find it so I can renew it?

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with certification renewal in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
