BatchARMResponseError when creating environment in AzureML Studio
I cannot create a new environment through the AzureML studio GUI - each time I reach "create" I receive this error. I previously was able to create environments and am not aware of any configuration changes since then. While the error initially says "Service temporarily unavailable," it has been a week and is still not working.
@Schibli, Eric Are you using a curated image or a custom environment when you customize the environment? I have tried setting up one environment in my subscription and it seems to work as expected.
Do you see any build log for your failed environment or is this the only error during submission?
I would recommend reporting this screen shot with the request details from azure ml portal using the smiley icon on the top right corner, this will enable a service team to review the request and get back to you.
You could also raise an azure support case from azure portal for faster resolution.

I was starting from a working custom environment. Starting from a curated image seems to work.
There is no failed build log - it never gets that far, pressing "create" gives the error. I've submitted feedback as you've suggested.
