My bot has been working till yesterday and all of a sudden i get this error when i ask an question "The bot encountered an error or bug.To continue to run this bot, please fix the bot source code."
I even tried to delete the bot and recreate the bot from QnA KB. I am using Free version and i have only one KB

romungi-MSFT 48,911 Reputation points Microsoft Employee Moderator2022-09-09T06:44:17.057+00:00 @Christopher karthik Did you get a chance to check the app service that is used by your QnAMaker resource is running and the search service is running along with the indexes present for your KB?
Using the Azure portal you need to locate your app service that is created along with your QnAMaker resource and click on the app service that is used and hit the restart option and check if it works.
The indexes should also be available with the KB id on your search resource.
