the bottom of fullscreen apps i tab out of cover my taskbar. If i click where the taskbar is supposed to be, i get tabbed back into the fullscreen app.

I've done everything i could find online. Even factory reset my laptop. Tried restarting multiple times and also fixed my taskbar settings. Nothing helped. Please tell me how to fix this. Thanks.
