Windows Image Aquisation WIA Access Denied

Trying to scan the documents from the Windows server 2019, has created issues regarding the COM Component.

Error Message :

Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {850D1D11-70F3-4BE5-9A11-77AA6B2BB201} from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error: 80070005 Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)).

trying the steps to resolve the issue but scanning does not work.

Restart the Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) services.

Add Permission access to WIAAUDT.dll

Install the Scanner driver in the client machine.

Please help us get the scanner working.
