Lost AccessID and ContractID for Microsoft support

I came into a team and inherited an environment with many physical and virtual servers running Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022. It appears that the person managing this setup previously hasn't documented or shared details of the AcessID and ContractID required to raise Microsoft(MS) Support tickets.

All OS DVDs were purchased from HPE but we haven't purchased the "Windows OS Support Pack" which would allow us to access MS Support through HPE.

I have online servers and their serial numbers. How do I retrieve the AccessID and ContractID required for MS support?

    Based on the description, I understand your question is related to retrieve the AccessID and ContractID.

    To view or activate your technical support benefits, use the following steps:

    1. Sign in to https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/home with your associated account and select Benefits.

    Note: You must have an account associated with the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.

    1. Select Technical support & consultation benefits. If your company has active membership offers but you can't see them, you've signed in using the wrong account.
    2. To activate the benefit, select the Benefit Name link on the wizard panel in the Activate benefit section, then select the Activate button.
    3. To find a user who has the required permissions to activate your benefits, go to User Management and filter by Global admin or Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program partner admin.

    Access ID and Contract ID are displayed to all users after successful activation.
