The DNS server encountered a problem while attempting to load the zone. The transfer of zone data from the master server failed.

    Hello,

    You may consider following these steps to perform some basic checks:

    1. Attempt to ping between two servers to check if the network connection is successful.
    2. Verify that the primary DNS server is configured to allow zone transfers from the secondary DNS server. You may refer to article  Zone transfers from a secondary DNS server fail | Microsoft Learn to check whether you have correctly configured allow zone transfers.
