Can’t recover my ids that are connected to my Authenticator app because I broke my phone

I had 4 accounts on the Authenticator app and I can’t log into them now cause I don’t have the codes and the reason is I broke my phone 2 months ago and to fix it is way too expensive, can anyone help me find a solution to get the accounts back?
