    Peter,I checked everywhere I could about launches outside of the U.S. and the only one I could find was in Canada.  I will keep checking and if I find out something I will post back.  Sorry about that!  Does Vista launch the same time in the U.K. and Europe?  Given the legal tug-o-war between Microsoft and the EU over Windows I would be surprised.
