Biztalk :Value does not fall within the expected range- Fixed

When we have 2 different Orchestration running under different host instances under the same application, we get the following Error, when we start the Application from biztalk admin console or scripts

 

Could not enlist orchestration abc,Orchestrations, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=446789b8a4501f18'. Could not enlist orchestration 'abc,Orchestrations, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=xxx'. Value does not fall within the expected range.

WorkAround :

Start the Individual Orchestrations separately, and then start the App it would work.

 

The reason is because :

The Orchestrations use 2 different hosts.X_OrchHost and Y_OrchHost

After installing the kb the Application starts fine.
