Premier Field Engineering - Who are we?

Premier Field Engineering (PFE) is part of Microsoft’s Services Organisation. PFE provides various offerings to our Enterprise customers to ensure their solutions are in-line with Microsoft best practice. We work with their IT support staff to ensure they have the skills to troubleshoot and maintain their solution, and when things do go wrong we provide rapid on site expertise to resolve critical situations. We also work with their Technical Architects to ensure the best possible solution, in line with Microsoft best practices.
