Windows Azure Powershell がアップデートされ、バージョン 0.6.10 として公開されました。ベースは Windows Powershell 3.0 となりました。
追加機能としては、デバッグモードが追加され、Request と Reponse をコンソール上で確認できるようになりました。また、クラウドサービス、仮想マシン用 cmdlets のソースコードのリリース、クラウドサービス用の cmdlets の追加 (Web/Worker ロールの追加など) 等が行われています。
なお、2012 年 11 月版 (v0.6.9) の Windows Azure SQL データベース 用 cmdlets によりデータベースサーバーの新規作成やファイアウォール設定、データベースの作成・変更・削除などが行えるようになっています。
