Code for SCT implementation in a farm

Sorry I've been dark for a few weeks - I've been in the process of trying to get my blogs and sample code on SCT's in a web farm packaged up and released to MSDN.  I hope to have it out there in a couple of weeks.  I will be getting back into my blog next week on something new.
