Right click email on Documents in SPS/WSS

WinApp Technlogy has a nice little free addon called the "Outlook Power Tool for SharePoint" that allows you to right click and email doucment(s) to people. I have implemented this a number of times for customers ... but it is nice to see this little addon for anyone to use:

    hi chris this outlook tool is good, but it fails when u dont have to implement this tool in all sites and and lets for sum specific user.

    Let say if a assistant manager should be only able to see document but should no be allowed to mail it
