Bringing PDC to Gulf
Between Amr and myself we are enjoying PDC so much we just had to have a "Futures" session at the MSDN Road Show, bringing the best of PDC to the Gulf just a few days after all the great announcements here in Los Angeles this week. We're thinking of replacing the SQL 2008 session in the developer track because it would be a repeat from the Launch event. Have an opinion on that? Let us know!
Since you all know me as focused on Visual Studio Team System, here's an obligatory link for Visual Studio 2010. There are several Hands-on Labs for Visual Studio 2010 here at PDC so if you'd like to know more, ask! I can show some of these futures in Abu Dhabi when I get back next week but you should also take a look at the PDC sessions about VSTS. I'm sure there will be more PDC videos online soon.
I've done all the Windows Azure Hands-on Labs by now so I'm thinking a demo at the MSDN Road Show would be great fun. But if you can't wait to find out more, take a look at see Manuvir Das and Steve Marx on Channel9.

Hi Anton, We really need alot of Azure hands-on-labs in MSDN Roadshow in Gulf. What you are thinking is really great for Gulf,VS2010 and Azure will be BIG achievement. But don't forget MOSS in between :(.Anonymous

Hi Mostafa, We've not done Hands-on Labs at MSDN Road Shows in the Gulf in the time I've been here. Worth looking into, but will a demo suffice for now?
