I was just shown this: converter from Oracle Forms to ASP .NET. An excellent first step towards modernising while at the same time allowing you to adopt both IIS/ASPNET and Visual Studio!

    Hello, even though this tools primary focus is to convert Oracle Forms to ADF/Java - most of the functionality and supported processes is beneficial for a .NET conversion as well. The tool first eliminates redundant and un-used Forms PL/SQL objects (dead-code) and therefore reduces the amount of code to be connverted. In addition it helps to extract business logic from forms to the database and creates web-services which could be accessed by any user-interface.
