VSTS Hands-on Labs in Qatar

We just finished our Visual Studio Team System hands-on labs here in Doha with a lot of interesting questions coming up. Here are some links in addition to the discussions we've already had:

Can 2005 clients work with TFS 2008? Yes, and vice versa also. There are some changes in the build system and a few other considerations.

Any time the question of "how many users can we have on a TFS box" comes up, I refer to Brian Harry's blog containing stats on our own internal use of TFS at Microsoft. For the official guidance, we do have hardware recommendations.

The Visual Studio Team System Basics Training is available as a downloadable virtual machine, containing both Visual Studio 2005 Team Suite and Team Foundation Server. If you prefer the 2008 virtual machine is also available already, though it does not contain the hands-on labs themselves.

The Kuwait audience may also like this link: SQL Server Reporting Services reports for Load Test data. A big thanks to Sean Lumley for that effort!

And lastly, before I get on another plane, there is of course the admin tool for creating new user accounts for use across TFS, SSRS and WSS.
