Commerce Server 2007 Service Pack install fails trying to stop services

When you attempt to install Commerce Server 2007 Service Pack 1 or Service Pack 2, the setup routine must stop the several services.  The IISAdmin service is on of the last services that needs to be stopped but it may fail to stop it if the Network News Transport Protocol (NNTP) service is running.  Manually stopping the NNTP service will allow the service pack setup routine to be able to stop the IISAdmin service and others and then proceed with the service pack installation.
