TFS Migration and Integration Solution page

I often get asked by customers interested in TFS about what would it take to migrate their existing source control data over to TFS or what solutions are available to connect TFS with another bug tracking systems.

Our MSDN site team just published a new page summarizing all of the tools and services offerings provided by Microsoft and our partners.
