Internet Explorer 7 Release Candidate 1 released

Overnight we released the Release Candidate of Internet Explorer 7. You can get it from https://www.microsoft.com/nz/windows/ie/default.mspx.

Again - this install is only for Windows XP - Vista will have it baked into an upcoming build.
