Open XML File Format sample applications

I've just finished my last presentation for Tech Ed 2006 (phew).

At the end of my presentation I showed an application for assembling documents from existing documents programatically.  I need to tidy this application up, but after I'm done I'll post it to the OpenXMLDeveloper.org website.
