New Command Line Utility to Manage NIC Protocol Bindings

One task which has always been difficult to script on Windows is enabling and disabling protocol bindings for network adapters.  It has now gotten much easier.  Keith Mange from the Hyper-V team has recently released a tool called NVSPBind (Network Virtual Service Provider Bind) for doing just that.
