Announcing the WA Perth Windows Phone 8 Developer Workshop (Dec 7th and 8th, 2012)
Calling all WA Perth based Mobile developers, I'm delighted to announce that we have extended the current Windows Phone 8 Developer series of workshops to now include Perth.

Windows Phone 8 is a huge step forward, not only maintaining compatibility with existing Windows Phone apps, but embraces a number of core Windows 8 technologies, bringing significant performance improvements, supports native C++ development, in app purchase, wallet, NFC, developer access to the Bluetooth and speech APIs, and more. This two day Perth workshop is scheduled for Friday Dec 7th and Saturday 8th. The first day (Friday Dec 7th) is a presentation day that will get you up to speed with the Windows Phone 8 developer platform. Day two (Saturday) is a hands on labs day, all equipment is provided to give you firsthand experience building apps that take advantage of new platform features.
