After nearly 15 years at Microsoft I've decided to leave the company and explore some programming adventures elsewhere.  This Friday, February 3, 2012, will be my last day at Microsoft.  It has been an absolutely GREAT experience, I have worked with some wonderful people and learned a lot, but I'm excited for a change.
