If you aren't at the PDC, then I highly recommend that you check out Tim Mallalieu's talk about Entity Framework Futures which is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon at 5:15 and should be available online approx. 24 hours later.  There's a lot of great stuff coming in EF v2, and Tim's talk should help whet your appetite.  :-)
