Of particular note:

August 2007 cumulative time zone update for Microsoft Windows operating systems - As noted, this update supersedes and replaces update KB931836, released in January 2007. This update also includes additional time zone changes that were signed in to law after update KB931836 was created.

    It looks like there are another batch of DST updates coming out of Redmond for some upcoming DST changes. Go here to get the latest information on the updates. Thankfully, it looks like this round of changes will not affect as much people as the orig
